Midnight Cove Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Midnight Cove! We partner with global merchants and artisans to bring you the most unique products at the best prices. Because we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers overseas, please review our shipping timelines and details below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Because our merchandise is shipped directly from our overseas suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Please use the table below as a general guideline for our standard shipping times:

3. Multiple Package Shipments

To offer you the widest selection of unique products, we partner with multiple specialized fulfillment partners. If you order multiple different items, your order may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information typically takes 3–5 business days to update and activate in the carrier's system after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Midnight Cove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 35 business days of shipment, please contact us at Midnightcovecustomer@hotmail.com.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
