Midnight Cove Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Midnight Cove! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date your item is delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, final sale/clearance items, and personalized or custom-made products. The product's description will state if product is not refundable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Midnightcovecustomer@hotmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo or video showing the damage or the incorrect item.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You do not need to ship damaged items back to us.

3. How to Start a Return

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size), please contact our customer support team at Midnightcovecustomer@hotmail.com to receive the correct return shipping address.

⚠️ Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on your shipping label. We utilize multiple global fulfillment centers, and returns must be sent to our designated return address to be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or incorrect items: Shipping a replacement is 100% free.

  • For standard returns (change of mind, size exchange): You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Order Cancellations

Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellations can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partner, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
